How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Express options are available at checkout if you need your cleaning kits or lubricants urgently before a race.
Are Muc-Off cleaning products safe for carbon fiber frames?
Yes, our Nano Tech Bike Cleaner and various protectants are specifically formulated to be safe on all surfaces, including carbon fiber, anodized metal, and matte finishes.
What is your return policy for unused products?
We offer a 30-day return policy for any unused and unopened products in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization.
Are your lubricants and cleaners biodegradable?

Which chain lube should I choose: Dry, Wet, or Ceramic?
Dry Lube is best for dusty conditions, Wet Lube is designed for rain and mud, and our C3 Ceramic Lube offers the lowest friction for competitive road and mountain biking.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
